In November 1987 the company opened for business and with good support from principals and broking friends world-wide the company was successful from day one.

Our core business is sale and purchase of second-hand tonnage and contracting of newbuildings. Historically recycling and towage have been focus areas and we remain active in these segments.

Since February 2006 the company is owned by Ryszard Cabaj and Mogens Kamper, both long-time employees with a combined experience of more than 50 years in sale and purchase.
